York!!!

Firstly sorry that I haven't been blogging as much as I should've this holiday, it's just that I've been very busy! But from Monday to Tuesday my family and I went to York and I wanted to do a blog post about it, so this is what I did!
It took us nearly 3 hours to get to York and when we got there we went straight to our hotel. It was called Hedley House and it was such a nice place to stay. After we had sorted everything out we went into the centre of town which was a quick walk through the gardens. I bought a couple of things that I included in my haul video on YouTube  ( tutus and triumph - recent beauty buys). We walked round the shambles ( little lanes with individual shops) which were so cute! Then we booked a table at Ask Italian for the evening and after that went to a little pub called the star in the city for a drink. We went back to the hotel then went back out for dinner.

The next day was very relaxed. First we had breakfast then we booked the hot tub out (only me and my little brother went in!) then we went out to the Minster. The Minster is basically a cathedral and you can learn about the history of York! Me and my dad walked up the tower to see a great view of the city! Then we went to Betty's tea rooms but it was too busy so we got a takeaway. We all got some of the fondant fancies in the picture. We then went to Pret for lunch and after that we went home.

I hope you enjoyed this post and I recommend every place that I mentioned! I will see you again soon, bye x

My drugstore makeup kit!

If you want to start out using makeup here are a few suggestions! Before I say anything, you don't need to get all of this but you can if you want to. You don't need to wear makeup what ever age you are because you shouldn't use it as a cover up, it should be used to make you feel more confident and to enhance your beauty. Bearing this in mind I hope you enjoy this post! ( All these prices are from superdrug but the last one is from boots!)

This is my Zoella makeup bag. It was £8 and it is such good quality and they come in a range of styles but I love guinea pigs!
These are my face products and they are all from Rimmel. The match perfection foundation is normally £6.99 but now it is reduced to £4.99, I have it in the colour Ivory, it comes in 11 different colours and it has SPF 18. The wake me up concealer is normally £5.49 but it is now £4.49, i have it in the colour Ivory and it comes in 4 different colours. Finally I have the stay matte powder this is £3.99 and i have it in the colour transparent. It comes in 6 different colours.
This is the sleek shimmer blush in the colour rose gold, there are 5 different colours. It is £4.49 and has a nice handy mirror for blush on the go!

This is the MUA undress me too eye shadow palette and it is £4. It has 12 matte and metallic shades. However the packaging does wear away easily!

This is the Rimmel scandal eyes xtreme mascara and it is £6.99. It will volumise and lengthens your lashes and it is such great quality.
These are my maybelline baby lips tinted lip balms. They are £2.99 and come in six different colours. I have (from left to right), pink punch, hydrate and cherry me (which is my favorite). They are so nourishing on the lips.

Finally it is my models own set of brushes and they are £10. There is a powder, blending, shading, angled and lip brush in this set and they are such good quality! I think they come in orange now but i'm not sure. They are definitely the same brushes!

I hope you enjoyed this post and enjoy life!
I will see you soon x

My Guinea Pigs xxx

So today I am going to introduce you to my guinea pigs ....

I had two guinea pigs from a breeder nearly four years ago, they were called Flapjack and Raisin (Yes I was about 10 when I got them and thought those names were cool) they both died at a young age. Raisin died first and Flapjack felt very lonely so we got Bumble (on the right) from a rescue centre. His owners apparently couldn't handle him but he is a very chilled piggie to say the least!
When Flapjack died Bumble was also very upset so we decided to get another rescue piggie. We were ment to have a girl who had been spade (so she cant have babies) but she died soon after we were told about her, then we were told about a baby boy guinea pig called Errol (on the left) I remember going to get him with one of my best friends because she had come round that day and he could fit in my hands! A year and a bit later and they are a lot older and still adorable. I hope to include them more in my blog soon!  See you soon and enjoy life xxx

MAC lipstick and Pastel Blue blog reviews!

Today i will be doing two reviews one on a MAC lipstick and one on my favorite blog ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MAC LIPSTICK

So today i went into town and i went into MAC because i got a £20 voucher and decided to spend it on a lipstick. I wanted a cremesheen finish because they are the most soothing on the lips. I also wanted a pinky nude, there were many in the cremesheen section and creme cup was my favorite. It is such nice shade and is very pigmented but has a glossy finish. It is £15.50.

PASTEL BLUE BLOG

So this is my favorite blog to read at the moment. It is so good! I discovered it from a friend at school, she came up to me and said have you read this blog it is great!
